Rodolphe Breard a05c28bbd0 Specify compatible Python versions
Now that travis-ci is integrated, Py-LibreAuth is tested against
various Python versions. It is therefore possible to publicly
display which ones are compatible.

* Password / passphrase authentication

* HOTP - HMAC-based One-time Password Algorithm (`OATH <http://www.openauthentication.org/>`_ - `RFC 4226 <https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4226>`_)

  - ✗ customizable counter
